What is Leadership?
- An essential element in understanding the nature of leadership is that a leader works with thinking, feeling people. These people are afraid of failure, and suffer from anxiety, jealousy, illness and fatigue. Some are ambitious, some are not. Some are competent, others are dull. Some are cooperative and loyal, others insubordinate and superficial. In short, they carry within themselves a thousand and one differences.
